01 What is the delivery time?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, then delivery takes 10 to 15 business days depending on your country. Shipping is free on every order. During sales periods and holidays, allow a few extra days.

02 Are there any taxes or customs fees to expect?
No. For deliveries to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia, no customs fees or additional taxes apply: the price you see at checkout is the final price. A few other countries may apply local fees that are beyond our control — if in doubt, email us before ordering.

03 How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within a few days. Nothing in your inbox? Check your spam folder, or send us your order number at contact@tempokicks.com and we'll send it again.

04 What happens if my order is not delivered?
Every parcel is tracked. If your order hasn't arrived once the delivery window has passed, email us with your order number: we open an investigation with the carrier right away. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we ship you a new pair or refund you in full — your choice.

05 Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any pair that is unworn, unused and in its original box with all accessories. Email us first at contact@tempokicks.com to get your return instructions. Full details in our Returns & Refunds page.

06 What guarantee do you offer?
Every pair is guaranteed for 1 month from the delivery date. In case of abnormal wear, we replace it free of charge: simply email photos of the damaged pair together with your order number to contact@tempokicks.com. Please also inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

07 How do I choose the right size?
Sizes are shown in EU, US and UK on every product page — pick the unit you know best. Most models fit true to size; when a model runs small (Yeezy, Nike Mind…) a red Sizing tip appears above the size grid. Check our Size Guide, or email us your usual size and the model you want and we'll confirm the right one.

Yes. We ship worldwide with free tracked delivery: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Japan and many more countries. Select your country in the menu at the bottom of the page to shop in your currency.
